Robotics Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Engineer to join our robotics team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex robotic subsystems, including actuators and sensors, as well as embedded electronics.

Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and maintaining robots used in aged care and healthcare settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and readiness of our robots for deployment worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, calibrate, and test robotic subsystems including joints, sensors, and motor arrays.
  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and embedded systems.
  • Support engineers in validating new hardware and software integrations.
  • Maintain robots used for development, demos, and customer deployments.
  • Document processes, test results, and maintenance logs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in robotics, mechatronics, or hardware workshop environments.
  • Practical skills in assembly, wiring, soldering, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
