About the Role

  • Provide clinical care to residents and ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Create comprehensive assessments and care plans for new and existing residents, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers, promoting a holistic approach to resident care and collaboration among the team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as an Enrolled Nurse, with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • The ability to build rapport with residents, families, and visitors, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • A nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, with solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
