Job Description:This role is designed for a skilled professional who can ensure high-quality care and services in the aged care sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training, implementing quality assurance processes, and promoting a culture of learning and safety within the organization.
They will work closely with managers, clinical leaders, and staff to implement governance processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and deliver training programs for staff on quality care and regulatory frameworks
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Foster a culture of learning and safety among staff, encouraging them to take ownership of their professional development
- Work collaboratively with teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
- Relevant qualification in health, aged care, disability, education, or quality/business management
