Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Worker in Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to elderly clients, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication administration as required.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
- Certificate 3 or higher in Aged Care or Individual Support, demonstrating a strong foundation in caregiving principles.
- Current National Police Certificate, verifying a clean background and commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
- Serology evidence, highlighting the importance of bloodborne pathogen management and infection control.
- Proven experience within the aged care setting, showcasing expertise in caring for seniors with complex needs.
- Experience caring for those living with dementia, emphasizing empathy and patience in challenging situations.
