Electrical Engineering Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for commissioning and testing HV rotating machines, power generation systems, and maintenance testing of HV rotating machines including partial discharge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning and testing HV rotating machines
  • Commissioning and testing power generation systems
  • Maintenance testing of HV rotating machines, including partial discharge
  • Assist in preparation of commissioning/testing documentation, test plans, and create detailed technical reports on completion of works

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require minimum 4 years' experience post trade, a valid driver's license, and preferably a HV switching ticket. You will also need knowledge of appropriate Australian Standards and a proven ability to meet project quality, schedule, and requirements.
