Job Summary

This leadership opportunity is designed for experienced professionals looking to take their career to the next level. As an Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care.

You will have the opportunity to mentor and build capabilities within the team, as well as use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide. About the Role
  • Lead a team of educators and support the Centre Director in providing high-quality early learning and care.
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the team.
  • Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with the Centre Director and other stakeholders.
