Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences as a SkyPoint Climb Team Leader

About the Role:

The SkyPoint Climb Team Leader will lead a dedicated team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, located 270 meters in the sky. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership, training, and direction to the team, ensuring efficient daily operations and sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of customer-facing staff
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and resolution of issues
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Previous leadership experience within an activity-based tourism or hospitality environment
  • Passion and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service experiences
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and develop solutions to complex problems
  • Proven ability to lead by example and motivate others

Benefits:

This is a part-time opportunity that guarantees 30 hours per week, with leave entitlements accruing on a pro-rata basis. Flexibility with working hours is required, and it is a condition of employment that you must be available for a minimum of 5 days per week, inclusive of weekends.
