**About us**
SkyPoint is perched on the 77th floor of the Gold Coast's Q1 building and is truly an extraordinary venue, 230 meters in the sky. Not only do we have the best views in town, but we also boast a Bistro and Bar, multiple event spaces catering for up to 400 guests, and the iconic SkyPoint Climb - Australia's highest external building climb.

We host around half a million visitors each year with a team of front-line hospitality professionals, chefs, climb leaders and many more all focused on being Australia's best high altitude experience

**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Lead the onboarding experience of team members, including the delivery of face to face orientation;
- Supporting and coaching team members, supervisors, and managers in people processes, providing consistent and thoughtful advice in people related matters;
- Coordination of people initiatives such as team benefits, reward and recognition program, and initiatives to boost team culture;
- Supporting performance management and disciplinary processes to ensure fair and consistent outcomes; and
- Support and execution of P&C initiatives across our diverse workforce, including activations and events, training and education, and other campaign projects like engagement surveys, performance reviews etc.

**About you**
You will have 1 - 2 years previous experience working in a similar generalist and/or coordinator level role. Ideally you will be a self-starter, have strong recruitment skills with experience in volume recruitment and be comfortable in a fast paced, busy environment that will see you managing multiple roles and competing demands.
