**Description**
- **Lead the Team to be part of Australia's highest external building climb experience, located 270 metres in the sky**:

- **Lead, Coach & Motivate a Dedicated Team to Deliver an Exceptional SkyPoint Climb Experience**:

- **Part time - guaranteed 30 hours per week.**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, our SkyPoint Climb Team Leader will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership, training and direction to our SkyPoint Climb Team, ensuring efficient daily operations and sales targets are achieved, as well as ensuring our guests receive an exceptional and memorable SkyPoint climb experience.

**To be considered, you must have**:

- Previous leadership experience within an activity-based tourism or hospitality environment
- Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an outstanding customer service experience
- Ability to lead by example, train, coach and motivate team members at the frontline
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Proven ability to develop and rollout processes and procedures
- Have highly developed problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet;
- Safety conscious, with an exceptional eye for detail;
- Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work;
- Are flexible with availability around your primary role across a 7 day roster, including weekends;
- Have proven commitment to our Elev8 values;
- Demonstrated well developed communication and teamwork skills;

This is a part-time opportunity which guarantees 30 hours per week, and leave entitlements will accrue on a pro-rata basis. Flexibility with working hours is required and it is a condition of employment that you must be available for a minimum of 5 days per week, inclusive of weekends.
