Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? Do you have what it takes to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in our warehouse operations?

We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective logistics strategies to meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cycle Counts and Stocktakes: Plan and execute regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Inventory Management: Perform inventory reconciliations and variance reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Supplier and Customer Relations: Manage service levels and agreements with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transportation companies to arrange the collection and delivery of goods.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the APAC Sales and Operations Planning process to align inventory and logistics strategies with business needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational corporation.
  • Proven experience in logistics, distribution, and imports/exports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management systems.
