My client is actively seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join their team based in Yagoona. If you are familiar with coordinating logistics operations for heavy cargo, utilising specialised equipment, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute logistics operations for heavy freight, specifically within the steel industry.
- Manage the scheduling and dispatch of shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimise supply chain processes.
- Utilise and coordinate the use of specialised equipment, including Bendi, Pellitizer, Dolly Loaders, Pallet Wrappers, and Forklifts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in logistics coordination within the steel or heavy freight industries.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with specialised equipment, including Bendi, Pellitizer, Dolly Loaders, Pallet Wrappers, and Forklifts.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in logistics coordination within the heavy freight or steel industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
