Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and administrative services to our guests.
About the Role
- Deliver outstanding customer experience through phone, email, and in-person interactions;
- Update third-party booking sites and maintain accurate records;
- Perform front desk duties as required, including check-in and check-out processes;
- Develop knowledge of administration equipment, including email, word processing, and excel documentation;
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues;
- Possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to guests;
- Maintain accurate records and update third-party booking sites;
- Perform front desk duties as required;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of administration equipment;
- Assist with administrative tasks and resolve guest issues;
