Main Responsibilities
  • Drive and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize and lead projects to optimize safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
  • Develop standard work procedures, visual management tools, and process controls.
  • Train staff on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Analyse production data to identify trends, variances, and root causes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs like OEE, downtime, yield, and throughput.
  • Use statistical tools for problem-solving and decision-making.

About YouQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or production environments.
  • Proven examples of Improvement projects and strategic recommendations using data analysis.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodology certification.
