Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee multiple residential projects in Central Brisbane, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned supervisor with experience in managing knockdown rebuilds and high-set homes to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional homes in established neighbourhoods.

About the Position

As Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, suppliers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your strong understanding of Brisbane's inner-city building conditions will be invaluable in navigating complex construction projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple new home builds
  • Coordinating with trade teams, suppliers, and site staff to ensure efficient project progress
  • Maintaining compliance with building codes, WHS, and quality standards
  • Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and client expectations
  • Problem-solving site-specific challenges (e.g., access, demolition)
  • Maintaining open communication with clients and internal teams
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in knockdown rebuilds and residential construction
  • A strong understanding of Brisbane's inner-city building conditions
  • A QBCC Site Supervisor Licence – required
  • A Certificate IV in Building and Construction – required
  • A White Card and valid Driver's Licence
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
