The Research Development Manager will play a key role in driving projects and initiatives that support our vision as a research-intensive organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with researchers to deliver high-impact projects that enhance SCHN's research capacity.
- Support the development of research projects and programs that benefit patients and families.
- Develop and lead initiatives to increase participation in paediatric translational research.
- Enhance opportunities for investigator-initiated clinical trials.
- Relevant knowledge, skills, and experience in research development and management.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with researchers, clinicians, and other stakeholders.
