Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality results in a predictable manner.

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management. You will work closely with customers and our consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner. Your primary goal will be to ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Manage project resources, risks, and contracts.
  • Participate in steering committee and strategy meetings.
  • Run daily stand-ups as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge and application of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2, SureStep, PMI.
  • Experience in the service/consulting industry with an understanding of the challenges in this field.
  • Ability to lead and motivate larger project teams, many of whom are working remotely.
  • Excellent presentation and conflict management skills.
  • The right to work in Australia.
