About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that will see you working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, servicing all around Melbourne. As a Bird Management Specialist, your responsibilities will include inspecting client properties to identify bird infestations, applying necessary treatments and installing bird management systems using the appropriate tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect client premises thoroughly for any sign of pests
  • Carrying out measures as required to eliminate the pests
  • Identifying sales leads in the region where possible
  • Building rapport with and communicating with clients regarding the eradication and prevention process
  • Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Use of power tools to install hardware and various equipment
