Brisbane Private Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join their Paediatric & General Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively within a team, and possess a passion for delivering quality patient care.
The hospital is a 32 bed facility specialising in ENT/Orthopaedics/Plastics and Paediatrics. As a Registered Nurse in this unit, you will be responsible for providing evidenced-based nursing care, liaising with the multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring patient and staff safety.
Your duties will include supervising, directing and guiding nursing team members, delivering education and support to individuals/patients, and promoting commitment to quality patient care. You will also be required to have at least 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, current registration with AHPRA, and sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
