Nurse - Paediatrics & General Surgery

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our fast-paced, 32-bed ward specialising in Paediatrics, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastics and General Surgery. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic healthcare team delivering safe, evidence-based care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support patient needs.
- Administer medications as per state law and organisational policy.
- Act as a role model for safe practice and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
- Diploma of Nursing from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of one year acute hospital experience as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Current registration with AHPRA is mandatory.
- Strong commitment to quality patient care and a willingness to learn and grow with the organisation.
- Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
