Paediatric Surgical Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paediatric Surgical Nurse to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to children requiring surgical intervention.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to demonstrate a strong commitment to quality patient care, as well as a passion for lifelong learning and professional development.
Job Summary:- Provide evidence-based nursing care to paediatric patients undergoing surgery
- Liaise with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Supervise and direct junior nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a paediatric surgical setting
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to quality patient care and safety
- Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive salary range: $39.66/hr - $52.97/hr (dependent on experience)
