Project Development Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our innovative Land Development team in Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive engineering plans and specifications for complex projects.
  • Conduct thorough Due Diligence Reports and preliminary cost estimates for various sites and project types.
  • Lead the development of preliminary layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings.
  • Oversee quality control procedures and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects.
  • Professional Engineer licensure expected or ability to obtain within 6 months.
