We are seeking a technical, delivery-focused Senior Project Manager who can confidently lead complex projects involving IBM Maximo—particularly upgrade initiatives—while bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery. This role demands someone who can work at pace with technical teams, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo projects—including upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, operations, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting structures.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and changes while maintaining momentum across technical teams.
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical contributors to ensure alignment and value delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage stakeholder expectations at all levels.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry best practices and meet utility sector compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including hands-on involvement with IBM Maximo (recent upgrade experience is highly advantageous).
  • Deep understanding of Maximo EAM systems and upgrade processes from version 8.11 to version 9
  • Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders with clear and confident communication.
  • Strong technical acumen—capable of engaging with solution architects, developers, and infrastructure teams.
