Job Title: Workplace Experience Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive and implement a workplace experience strategy that meets and exceeds clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning and evolving the workplace experience vision and implementing programs to achieve it
  • Leading and developing a high-performing experience team through feedback, recognition, and regular coaching
  • Hosting daily team meetings to align priorities and energize employees
  • Managing vendor relationships and embedding hospitality-focused standards across cleaning, catering, security, and AV support
  • Conducting daily site walks to assess readiness and connect with employees
  • Resolving high-impact issues with empathy and precision
