We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the full scope of culture and talent responsibilities while partnering with our organization on strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will develop strategies that align with our business goals, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies. They will also be responsible for:
- Driving data-driven insights on talent trends, risks, and opportunities to inform workforce decisions.
- Championing change management initiatives, from clear communications to engaging our people and aligning our leaders.
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring our team to grow, succeed, and deliver excellence.
- Providing guidance, coaching, and professional development to create streamlined processes and a consistently positive employee experience.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, strengthen compliance, and enhance the way our employees experience work.
- Ensuring we meet and exceed our obligations under industrial instruments, employment legislation, and best-practice ER standards.
- Developing and rolling out programs that make our employee experience something we can all be proud of.
- Designing welcoming and engaging onboarding journeys for every new team member, ensuring they feel at home from day one.
Key requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years' experience across HR and ER, with a strong background in organisational development, learning & development, and talent growth.
- A proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering culture-focused strategies and programs that drive results.
- Confident facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Experience leading and inspiring a team to achieve great results.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Recruitment expertise, with a history of improving talent acquisition strategies and outcomes.
- Experience training and coaching managers and employees to build capability.
- Exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and critical thinking.
