Job Summary

We are seeking a Support Specialist to join our team, providing personal care and wellbeing support to individuals with disabilities.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Support Specialist, you will work one-on-one with participants, assisting them with daily living tasks, community access, and recreational activities.

You will also provide emotional support, helping participants to develop skills and achieve their goals. Your caring approach and empathy will be essential in building trust and strong relationships with our clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working in the disability sector, with a focus on personal care and wellbeing
  • Transferable life/work skills, including communication and problem-solving
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (if applicable)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • The legal right to work in Australia
