Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of allocated contracts across multiple client sites.

The successful candidate will lead site teams and ensure workforce readiness, rostering, and operational execution.

Key responsibilities include ensuring all project processes and procedures are in place and operational, building and maintaining strong client relationships at operational and senior levels, and managing contract performance including financial oversight (P&L, cost control, invoicing).

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience managing service contracts in the mining, oil & gas or heavy industry sectors, with proven experience managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure delivery.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership, client engagement, and workforce coordination skills, as well as a strong working knowledge of WHS and risk management frameworks.

The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across locations is essential. Regular travel to client sites is required.
