Job Title: Operational Delivery Lead

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of allocated contracts across multiple client sites in a complex operational environment.

  • Lead site teams to ensure workforce readiness, rostering, and operational execution.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AT OPERATIONAL AND SENIOR LEVELS.
  • Ensure all project processes and procedures are in place and operational.
About You

Applicants should have 5+ years' experience managing service contracts in the mining, oil & gas or heavy industry sectors. Proven experience in managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure delivery is essential.

  • Strong commercial acumen – P&L ownership, variation management, and contract compliance.
  • EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP, CLIENT ENGAGEMENT, AND WORKFORCE COORDINATION SKILLS.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across locations.
