Project Manager Role
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of allocated contracts across multiple client sites, ensuring all project processes and procedures are in place and operational.
About This Role:
This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the delivery of contracts across multiple sites
  • Lead site teams and ensure workforce readiness, rostering, and operational execution
  • Ensure all project processes and procedures are in place and operational
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at operational and senior levels
  • Manage contract performance, including financial oversight (P&L, cost control, invoicing)
  • Lead mobilisation/demobilisation of services in line with scope changes or project phases
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure alignment
We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience managing service contracts in complex environments
  • Proven experience managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen – P&L ownership, variation management, and contract compliance
  • Excellent leadership, client engagement, and workforce coordination skills
  • Strong working knowledge of WHS and risk management frameworks
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across locations
  • Qualifications in operations, project management, or emergency/medical/security are desirable
