Project Manager Role
The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of allocated contracts across multiple client sites, ensuring all project processes and procedures are in place and operational.
About This Role:
This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and flexibility. The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of contracts across multiple sites

• Lead site teams and ensure workforce readiness, rostering, and operational execution

• Ensure all project processes and procedures are in place and operational

• Build and maintain strong relationships at operational and senior levels

• Manage contract performance, including financial oversight (P&L, cost control, invoicing)

• Lead mobilisation/demobilisation of services in line with scope changes or project phases

• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure alignment
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced professional who can demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
5+ years' experience managing service contracts in complex environments
Proven experience managing multi-site operations or critical infrastructure delivery
Strong commercial acumen – P&L ownership, variation management, and contract compliance
Excellent leadership, client engagement, and workforce coordination skills
Strong working knowledge of WHS and risk management frameworks
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities across locations
Qualifications in operations, project management, or emergency/medical/security are desirable
