Injury Management Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Injury Management professional to join our national team. This key role will focus on supporting injury management across the organization, administering and coordinating rehabilitation programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure affected staff members receive proper care and medical treatment after an injury.
  2. Liaise with site management and injured employees to monitor progress and facilitate safe return to work.
  3. Manage workers compensation claims and develop initiatives to prevent injuries.
  4. C Coordinate the return-to-work program and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
  5. Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.
Key Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications or training in rehabilitation and RTW is highly regarded.
  • Workers Compensation/Injury Management Coordinator training or Cert IV Personal Injury Management is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated capability working in a similar position within a multi-site organization.
  • Understanding of applicable State/Territory Workers compensation schemes.
  • Strong time management, computer, and communication skills.
