Health and Wellbeing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to drive early intervention, injury management, and return-to-work processes.

As a Health & Wellbeing Specialist, you will lead the development of wellbeing initiatives, empower managers in injury reporting and management, drive Work Health and Safety (WHS) improvements, and ensure compliance with legislation.

  • Develop and implement evidence-based wellbeing and injury management strategies
  • Lead injury investigations, determine causes and corrective actions for workplace incidents
  • Train and coach managers on injury reporting and management best practices
  • Collaborate with external agencies to research and develop wellbeing initiatives
  • Analyse injury data to inform strategic decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in WHS laws and regulations
Key Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, or Health and Rehabilitation
  • Proven track record in developing rehabilitation and education programs
  • Strong investigative and mentoring skills
