Role Overview

We are seeking an Injury Management Specialist to join our team. This role involves coordinating and administering workers compensation insurance premiums, managing injury cases, and providing professional advice to managers and return-to-work coordinators.

  • Coordinate and administer Workers Compensation insurance premiums estimates and actuals with the payroll team.
  • Manage injury cases and provide professional advice to managers and Return to Work Coordinators.
  • Liaise with insurers across Australia to manage claims effectively and ensure successful rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer workers compensation insurance policies and manage claims costs and premiums.
  • Support management and Return-to-Work Coordinators in injury management and claims strategies, ensuring legislative compliance.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Safety, Social Science, Occupational Physio, Ergonomics, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of injury management experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or similar sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS and Workers Compensation laws across Australia.
