
Account Growth Strategist

The Client Partner will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team of account managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.
This includes owning strategic client partnerships, driving senior-level counsel that helps clients navigate complex business challenges, and leading multiple account teams simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive significant business growth for clients while nurturing and developing team members to reach their full potential.
- Integrate cutting-edge technologies like generative AI into client strategies, balancing innovation with practical implementation across multiple accounts.
- Lead large-scale accounts, roll out production shoots, and head up projects that move fast and are constantly evolving.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, steering large-scale projects through to successful completion.
Key Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in account management or related roles within an advertising agency.
- Exceptional business acumen, strategic vision, and the ability to translate client business challenges into effective creative solutions.
- Experience managing and mentoring multiple account teams simultaneously.
- Outstanding attention to detail coupled with big-picture strategy.
- Experience working with fashion retail and production.
