We are seeking experienced professionals to maintain gardens in strata complexes through a subcontract opportunity.

Clean Green Strata provides comprehensive programmed maintenance services to the strata industry, covering specialist divisions in gardening and lawn mowing across Sydney.

To succeed in this role you must have previous experience in garden maintenance within strata complexes.

The tasks involved include:

  • Hedging
  • Blowing pathways
  • Weeding
  • Mulching
  • Trimming plants
  • Pruning
  • Planting
  • Small landscaping projects

You must:

  • Have excellent time management and prioritizing skills
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette
  • Commit to quality workmanship and occupational health and safety
  • Be a sole trader, partnership, or company with a team no larger than 3 employees
  • Have an Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Hold public liability insurance
  • Possess a current driver's license and own transport (unbranded vehicle)

This is a flexible hour subcontract opportunity, Monday to Friday, offering a competitive hourly rate.
