Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic objectives through innovative financial modelling and feasibility analysis.
  • Prepare and analyse project budgets, forecasts, KPIs, risk assessments, and sensitivity analyses.
  • Maintain accurate performance data and ensure alignment across accounting and development teams.
  • Provide regular reporting on project milestones, financials, and operational impacts to stakeholders.
  • Support due diligence, research, and acquisition assessments for new development opportunities.
  • Develop strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders and support scalable systems.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated and analytical professional with a strong interest in property and high-quality work.
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, or similar, with 5+ years' experience in property development, valuations, or advisory roles.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling using ARGUS Estate Master (DF, DM, CC) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to research, interpret, and present market data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
