Residential Valuer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced residential valuer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting property inspections, researching and preparing property sales and data, and preparing reports in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

  • Conduct property inspections to gather data and information on properties
  • Research and prepare property sales and data for use in valuation reports
  • Prepare valuation reports in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • CPV status
  • Experience in the residential valuation sector
  • Attention to detail, excellent report writing, and strong analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service and stakeholder communication abilities
