Job Overview

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst. This role will play a key part in driving business outcomes, improving relationships between departments, and ensuring the effective implementation of new processes and technologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise between IT and services teams to support capital projects and operational changes.
  • Partner with global teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Promote effective communication and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Support Radius and regional rollouts, acting as SME and change agent to ensure process standardization and post-launch optimization.
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders and Business Process Owners, ensuring alignment on standard templates and enhancement requirements.
  • Drive business outcomes, make decisions, and ensure timely project completion.
  • Lead collaboration with business leadership and process owners to effectively implement new processes, process changes, and existing technology.
  • Act as liaison between Business Units and IT, improving the relationship between them.
  • Engage business Power Users to ensure the deployed Radius model meets business requirements across the product portfolio and regions.
  • IDentify additional training and support needs to ensure compliance with core applications.
  • Support user acceptance testing and cut-over activities.
  • Ensure that plants/functional teams have access to the data required to manage operations.
  • IDentify opportunities and gaps for technology enablement to enhance and grow business operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience within a manufacturing environment supporting IT and business needs (industry experience a plus).
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence others.
  • Driving execution & task management skills to manage work through respective ITD functions.
  • Understanding of project management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to build relationships and establish stakeholder networks at local sites.
  • Experience implementing operational management systems.
  • Proficiency in standard model processes being deployed.
  • Ability to collaborate and encourage collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel.
