The Role

We're seeking a skilled Business Systems Expert to join our Digital, Data and Technology team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for managing Aveo's core enterprise systems, ensuring they're stable, secure, and continually evolving to meet the needs of a growing organisation.

Your Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of Aveo's core enterprise platforms, ensuring they're functioning optimally and meeting business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely fixes and support with internal teams.
  • Lead the configuration and change management lifecycle of key systems, ensuring every update supports business stability.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and product owners to deeply understand Aveo processes and future technology needs.
  • Engage with platform vendors to ensure strong partnerships exist between vendors and Aveo for current SLA's and future operations.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to reduce technical debt, enhance architecture, and deliver long-term value to the business.
  • Share knowledge, uplift capability, and empower users through effective training, documentation, and education.
  • Represent the Technology Team in cross-functional forums, contributing ideas, sharing insights, and influencing digital innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise and Cyber Security Architects to ensure solutions are secure, integrated, and aligned to architectural principles.
