Key Responsibilities:
  • Multi-Project Management: Execute multiple projects in parallel, aligning with organisational objectives.
  • Digital Transformation: Drive the integration of innovative digital solutions and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Change and Risk Management: Proactively manage risks and changes to minimise disruption to project scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure all project outputs meet established quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.

Selection Criteria:
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency status is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, including professional certifications.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives in complex healthcare organisations.
  • Experience working in a standalone Project Manager role within a small team.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including Executive leadership level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Planner, and Visio.
