About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Credit Union Australia. As a key member of our business banking division, you will be responsible for growing and retaining a book of small business customers through effective leads and customer management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering quality needs-based conversations that translate to positive member outcomes.
  • Creating a seamless customer experience, supported by your colleagues, through every interaction.
  • Applying lending policy with prudent risk management.
  • Financial statement analysis skills – Cash flow, P&L, Balance sheet and working capital ratios and calculations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial lending origination.
  • Experience in sourcing and sizing up lending opportunities and writing credit submissions.
  • Retail Home lending experience.
  • RG 146 accreditation.
  • Cert IV in Banking.
  • Degree qualification in a business discipline.
