Employee Relations Manager Job Description

This role involves supporting a high-performance culture and acting as the senior specialist for managing high-risk issues such as workplace investigations, conduct, ill-health, redundancies, restructures, and senior performance issues.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners, General Counsel's office, and Talent Centres of Excellence to execute wider Talent projects.
  • Work closely with all levels of the business to create sustained solutions to individual employee matters.
  • Coach and mentor Employee Relations Advisors.

This role offers flexible work arrangements with the ability to work from home.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations case management, knowledge of legislative and statutory requirements, and up-to-date skills in emerging matters including case law, legislation, and award changes.

Responsibilities:
