**Make a Difference in People's Lives**
As an HR Advisor, you'll drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and provide expert guidance on HR policies. You'll support core HR activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute insights to enhance the overall employee experience.
You'll also offer early-stage advice to leaders on programs and basic HR policies.

- - A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- - Practical experience through HR internships or entry-level HR roles - with exposure to various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, or employee relations is highly desirable.
- - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for regular interaction with employees, managers, and external contacts.
- - Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze HR-related issues and propose practical solutions are crucial.
- - Attention to detail is vital for accurate record-keeping, compliance, and data management.
- - A collaborative mindset, working effectively with colleagues in HR and other departments, and a customer service orientation are essential.
