We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect Lead to join our team at Optus. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will play a critical role in delivering large-scale IT projects and ensuring the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement enterprise architecture solutions for our customers, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
- Lead the development of technical architectures, roadmaps, and policies to support the delivery of new services and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical governance and compliance with established design and performance goals.
- Manage the engagement of technical subject matter experts to ensure technical expertise is applied throughout the lifecycle of delivering new services to customers.
- Support the Service Owners, Transformation Director, and Service Architects in ensuring new and existing services meet Optus and customer commercial and contractual obligations.
- Tertiary qualifications in an IT or Engineering field.
- Experience as an enterprise architect overseeing managed networks, unified communications, and/or contact centre solutions.
- Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance.
- Detailed understanding of security, networks, unified communications, and other relevant technology areas.
