Key Responsibilities- Lead teams effectively, maintaining service standards and fostering a positive work environment.
- Support daily operations, including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance.
- E nsure all products meet quality and safety standards.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Maintain venue presentation, safety, and compliance with policies and legislative requirements.
- Drive sales, manage costs, and contribute to the venue's financial success.
- Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality, preferably QSR.
- Flexibility across Mon-Sun, with ability to work rotating shifts.
- A people-first leader who excels at building team culture and community.
