Executive Culinary Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Lead to join our dynamic team. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality meals that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.

  • You will oversee all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, budgeting, staff supervision, and compliance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar position, preferably within aged care or healthcare.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery, such as a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
  • Demonstrated experience in applying HACCP principles and managing budgets effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving exceptional customer service standards.
  • The capacity to design menus that meet the diverse dietary needs of our residents.
