Job Title:

Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our technological infrastructure, including installation and configuration of computer equipment, maintenance and updating of IT systems, secure data wiping, and technical issue management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration: Setting up new devices, installing operating systems and necessary software.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Ensuring all systems are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Secure Data Wiping: Ensuring data security by following established protocols for data elimination.
  • Technical Issue Management: Diagnosing and resolving technical problems that may arise both internally and with patients.
  • Task Documentation and Tracking: Maintaining detailed records of all incidents and solutions applied.

Requirements:

  • Previous IT Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with operating system installation, network management, secure data wiping, and other IT maintenance tasks.
  • Technical Support Skills: Experience in providing technical support to end users, preferably in a healthcare or technology environment.
  • Good Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Customer Orientation: Ability to understand and solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Autonomy and Proactivity: Ability to work independently, managing time and tasks effectively.
