Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience managing large-scale IT network infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects involving 5G, satellite, or other telecom network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of IT networking technologies, integration methods, and infrastructure deployment.
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-site or national-level infrastructure rollouts.
  • Experience in stakeholder coordination across internal teams, vendors, and government/regulatory agencies.
  • Strong vendor and contract management skills, with experience working with telecom/ISP providers.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, or PMP certification preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end project delivery for 5G and satellite network infrastructure rollouts across multiple sites.


• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.


• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements in all site implementations.


• Manage site readiness activities, including civil works, power, and network integration.


• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of fully operational infrastructure.


• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring quality standards and project objectives are achieved.


• Provide regular progress reporting to executives and stakeholders.
