Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings.
- Curate innovative beverage menus, from signature cocktails to premium wine lists, and manage supplier partnerships and inventory control.
- Drive business growth through pricing, forecasting, and cost management, and deliver training programs to ensure excellence in product knowledge and service.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and elevate the guest experience with creative, memorable beverage offerings.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a senior beverage management role within luxury hotels, lifestyle venues, or high-end hospitality, with strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and creative flair.
