Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to provide administrative support on consulting projects.

  • Develop and plan project tasks and deliverables
  • Communicate with clients and consultants on requirements, project tasks and deliverables
  • Oversight of all projects and consulting resourcing requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, as well as proficient use of MS Office and Microsoft Project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management and/or executive support
  • Cert IV in Project Management highly desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Project
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
