
Development Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Development Project Coordinator to join our Property Development Team. This is a key role that requires the successful candidate to work closely with the Sales Director, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure seamless project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in sales and marketing activities
- Coordinating agreements for lease for commercial and retail properties
- Representing the company with professionalism and excellent communication skills internally and externally
- Ensuring high-quality and high-performance outcomes through innovative solutions and effective collaboration
- Managing external stakeholders, including authorities, purchasers, consultants, contractors, agents, neighbours, and community management
- Liaising with external consultants and authorities to ensure timely delivery of proposals, documentation, and approvals
- Coordinating internal design reviews, presentations, and sample sign-offs
Mandatory Skills / Abilities / Must-haves:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Property Economics, Valuation, Engineering, Architecture, Town Planning, Project Management, Commerce, or other relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property development as a Development Manager and at least 2 years as an Assistant Development Manager
- Long tenure with the employer and experience on mixed-use projects start to finish
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local town planning and building design rules
- Contract and procurement skills
- High-level computer literacy skills
